Questions

How does payment work?

You pay for a month or a year with M-Pesa or card. Creator Pro does not renew by itself, so you are never charged again unless you choose to.

What happens when Creator Pro ends?

Your profile and bookings stay as they are. You go back to the free plan and lose the Creator Pro extras until you pay again.

Can I extend Creator Pro early?

Yes. Paying while Creator Pro is active adds another period on top of your current end date.

Can I get a refund?

Creator Pro is prepaid and not refundable, but you can stop any time by not paying again.
