1Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Nairobi Fashion Hub, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2Purpose of the platform
Nairobi Fashion Hub is operated by Tinker Digital Limited and connects clients, fashion professionals, businesses and event organisers. We make discovery, booking and communication easier, but we aren’t a party to agreements between users.
3Account obligations
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.
- You must be at least 18 or have guardian consent
- Content and activity must comply with applicable law
- You are responsible for actions performed through your account
4Payments and fees
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as M-Pesa, and their terms apply. Any platform fees are shown in KES before a transaction, and users remain responsible for their own taxes.
5User content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you upload and grant Tinker Digital Limited a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content within the service. You must have the rights needed to upload it.
6Safety, conduct and enforcement
Fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, discriminatory or infringing activity is prohibited. We may remove content or suspend accounts when needed to protect the platform and its users.
7Limitation of liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Tinker Digital Limited isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, user conduct, the work of professionals or organisers, or third-party payment interruptions.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are resolved through applicable Kenyan dispute-resolution procedures and courts.
9Changes and contact
